Palmer Lake Bridge

GMS, Inc. provided construction management services for the pedestrian bridge project for the Town of Palmer Lake.  In this role, GMS, Inc. reviewed the construction drawings as well as the plans and specifications, reviewed the project budget, reviewed shop submittals for all materials incorporated into the project, attended construction meetings, provided on-site Resident Project Representation to oversee the work being completed, reviewed pay applications, prepared a punch list and provided recommendations to the Town for final acceptance of the project.
